Refund policy

At FlipFlow, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve built a clear return and refund process that protects you and ensures products are handled properly.
1. General Return Policy
Because FlipFlow products are printed on demand, we do not hold stock or process returns at our business address. All return logistics are handled by our fulfillment partners (including Printful).
Items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind) are not accepted at this time.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:
Email us at support@flipflowshop.com within 15 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. In some cases, a refund may be offered instead of a replacement.
3. Where Returns Go
Do not ship items back to FlipFlow directly.
If a return is authorized, we will provide you with the correct return address for our fulfillment partner.
Unauthorized returns sent to our office or other addresses will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (defective, misprinted, or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
6. Order Issues Caused by Incorrect Information
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses, sizing mistakes made by the customer, or missed delivery attempts. Please double-check your details at checkout.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital products, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
