Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with FlipFlow. All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand through Printful, our trusted production and logistics partner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Each order is custom printed and fulfilled once you place it.

Standard production time is typically 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

After fulfillment, orders are shipped directly from Printful’s facilities located in the U.S., Europe, and other regions.

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors (e.g., customs, carrier delays, global supply chain issues) may extend delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by product type, weight, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

4. Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different Printful facilities to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

FlipFlow is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@flipflowshop.com. We will work with Printful and the carrier to investigate, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues outside our control.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

9. Returns Due to Shipping

If an order is returned to Printful due to carrier issues, customs rejections, or incorrect addresses, we will notify you. Reshipment may incur additional charges.
